Windy conditions pose less of a problem with the BLACKJACKET™ focusing
cloth than with traditional "horse blanket" dark cloths.
When the wind blows, the photographer's arms act like tent poles to
keep
the
fabric
of the BLACKJACKET™ from obscurring the ground glass. With one
arm providing support in this fashion, it is a simple matter to move
the camera with the other and frame the image. Subsequently, by using
the same arm that is holding the loupe to silmultaneously create a
rigid frame inside the BLACKJACKET™, the photographer's other
hand is free to make camera adjustments. |
